
AIR, a unique and fun workout, challenges you by providing a full workout class in hammocks focused on your core. The work incorporates conditioning, pilates, ballet and HIIT in order to create an intense workout. At first the workout is challenging due to the nature of trusting and balancing on your hammock; however, after you get use to these factors then you will be on your way to building strength. Warning you wrists will be extremely sore from this workout.
